Blow to former Nairobi Governor Evans Kidero after the High Court orders him to pay Sh 400 million tax to KRA after failing to prove the funds in question were raised for his campaigns.
The order comes after Milimani Commercial High Court overturned a decision by the Tax Appeals Tribunal.
Kidero who initially worked Mumias Sugar and Nation Media, has been eyeing the Homabay Gubernatorial seat.
