KCB Bank has expanded its World Rally Championship Safari Rally entry to four cars following the addition of the trailblazing mother-daughter team of Tinashe and Caroline Gatimu who join the squad for their third attempt at the iconic African fixture.
Tinashe and her mum Caroline made motorsport history in 2023 as the first ever mother-daughter team to finish the fabled Safari Rally, a feat they replicated in 2024.
Driver-turned navigator Caroline Wanjai-Gatimu will be calling her daughter’s pace-notes for the umpteenth time as the pair return to the bucket seats of their Subaru Impreza GC8.
The Gatimus joins the star-studded four-car team comprising of reigning FIA African Rally Champion Karan Patel , former Group N champion Nikhil Sachania and Evans Kavisi .
