Milimani Chief Magistrate Wendy Kagendo has released four Lang’ata Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) officers charged with robbery with violence on a bond of Sh 500k or a cash bail of Sh 300k with two contact persons.
The four Anthony Mavaka Mwanza, Cornelius Stephen Wambua, Tom Omondi Otieno and Kennedy Omondi Odero were charged with robbing a resident Sh290, 000 while armed with AK 47 assault rifles.
The case will be mentioned on 3rd of March for pre-trial directions and whether the parties will have settled the matter out of court.
